Refund Policy

SearchLogic Recruiting offers a replacement guarantee as opposed to a refund guarantee.   A signed fee agreement (placement agreement) is required with all customers prior to the start date and processing of any credit card.    SearchLogic Recruiting LLC offers a 90 day replacement guarantee. In the unlikely event that within the initial 90 day period, the placed candidate terminates his or her employment or does not meet the job description as submitted , SearchLogic Recruiting LLC will replace the candidate within 60 days at no additional cost, provided that the job description has not changed.  This guarantee excludes any situation where a company has had a reduction in workforce due to a change in business operations.
